Are these birds about to look for places to roost?
Two resident birds, black-crowned night herons, found at a pond of Zenpukuji Park in NISHIOGI in the late morning.
A bird lover who was present there, commented, “There are 5to6 night herons in this wood. The two are a parent and child: the one perched on the branch is the child and the other in the wood is the parent. It’s probably time for them to sleep after meal.”

お昼前、西荻の善福寺公園の「上の池」で見つけた2羽の留鳥「ゴイサギ（五位鷺）」。
居合わせた愛鳥家の言「ゴイサギはこの林の中に５～６羽います。この2羽は親子です。枝にとまっているのが子供で林の中にいるのが親です。食事も終わり、もう寝る時間でしょうかね。」
