A NISHIOGI lover holding a guide map looks very happy with the official anime characters of Suginami Ward called Namisuke and Nami.
NISHIOGIKUBO Station on the JR Chuo Line marked the 100th anniversary on July 15, 2022, and the commemorative event was held mainly in the station premises on July 18, 2022 such as a photo session with those characters and a photo exhibition of historical development of the Station and the nearby area.
The oldest picture in the showing, for example, is the one taken in 1938 expressing the happy opening of the south exit, the front space of which seems to be much larger than that of the present one.
西荻窪駅開業100周年
ひとりの西荻ラバーが、ガイドマップを掲げて杉並区の公式アニメキャラクターと写真に納まってご満悦のようです。
JR中央線西荻窪駅は2022年7月15日、開業100周年を迎えました。そして7月18日に記念のイベントが駅構内を中心に開催されました。内容は、この「なみすけ＆ナミー撮影会」、駅やその周辺の発展の歴史を示す100周年記念写真展示など。
例えば、展示写真の中で最も古いのは、昭和13年（1938）の南口開設祝いのものですが、その駅前のスペースは現在の南口よりかなり広いようです。
