SHOUYUUKAI IRUMI MATSURI 2022-23

Shall we enjoy strolling along the street watching colorful winter lights?

The annual event called Shouyuukai Irumi Matsuri or literally Shouyuukai illumination festival (Dec.1,2022-Jan.31,2023) is on now. The event has been organized by a store association in the northern NISHIOGI with the support of Suginami Ward.

Fifty-nine storefronts and street lamps are illuminated by miniature bulbs after dusk. People can have a pleasant time including shopping while watching the flashing lights.

59店の加盟店の店先や街灯が夕暮れ時からライトアップ。点滅するライトをみながらショッピングなど心地よいひと時が過ごせます。
