Friendship between people and people, region and region has extended internationally.
The all-Suginami big event called Suginami Festa 2022 (Nov. 5-Nov.6,2022) mainly held in Momoi Harappa Park in the northeastern part of NISHIOGI as the primary project commemorating the 90th anniversary of Suginami ward.
This time, visitors have specially enjoyed Ukrainian talks, music and a meal(borscht); folk songs and dances such as this one expressing ties by red strings of fate have been performed by Ukrainian people on the main stage on the first day, so these performances have contributed to giving a boost to international friendship.

人と人、地域と地域の絆が国際的な広がりをみせました。
杉並区区制施行90周年記念冠事業として、西荻北東地区の桃井原っぱ公園などで開催された、オール杉並のビッグイベント「すぎなみフェスタ2022」（2022.11.5～11.６）。
今回は、例えば、メインステージで披露された、このウクライナの人たちによる民謡の歌唱やダンス（“運命の赤い糸”）など、特別に同国のお話・音楽・食（ボルシチ）のイベントも加わり、国際交流面でも大いに盛り上がりました。
