A Halloween event organized by NISHIOGI Kitaginza Shouyukai Shopping Association was held on October 28th (Saturday), 2023 with the participation of 56 stores.

Many parents and children enjoyed putting on makeup and receiving candy in exchange for passports. A parent and children from the United States also posed at the photo spot.
