A large number of children dressed up in costumes had fun touring NISHIOGI town carrying a stamp rally sheet for trick-or-treating.
“Halloween 2023 in NISHIOGI” organized by the community group, NISHIOGI MINAMI, was held on October 29th (Sunday), 2023, mainly on Shinmei Street.
A member of the organizer commented,” With the cooperation of many stores and volunteers, we wanted to make this event an extraordinary opportunity for citizens to get to know NISHIOGI stores and people. I am glad many family visitors including foreign families have come.”

コミュニティグループの「西荻みなみ」主催の「西荻でハロウィン2023」が、10月29日（日）、神明通りを中心に開催されました。
主催者のコメント「多くのお店とボランティアの人たちのご協力のもと、西荻のお店と人を知っていただく非日常の機会にしたいと思いました。外国の方も含めてたくさんのご家族に来ていただいて嬉しいです。」
