Here are works that give you a feel of the town of NISHIOGIKUBO in the Showa era (1926-1989).

An exhibition titled “Gotou Yuki no Tabi no Sukecchi Ten” held in a gallery near the south exit of NISHIOGIKUBO Station (September 2-3, 2023).

The exhibitor commented、“I have sketched the town of NISHIOGI, which retains the atmosphere of the Showa era. I make sure to draw sketches on-site because I want to feel the aura of each place. I am happy if you are reminded of your daily life of those days.”

西荻の日常

昭和の西荻の街を感じさせる作品です。

JR西荻窪駅南口近くのギャラリーで開催された展示会（「ごとうゆきの旅のスケッチ展」）（2023.9.2～3）。

出展者のコメント「昭和の雰囲気が残る西荻の街をスケッチしました。スケッチは現地の生の空気を感じたいから必ず現地で描き上げることにしています。当時の日常生活なども思い起こしていただければと思います。」
