TURNING EVERYDAY LIFE INTO ART

Here is a group of works in which lines are drawn freely and colors are layered.

An exhibition titled “pieces Muramatsu Yuki-Ten” (June 21-July 9, 2023) held in a gallery near the south exit of NISHIOGIKUBO Station.

A salesclerk explained, “Mr. Muramatsu has been drawing and painting with familiar objects such as tools, containers and plants in the house as motifs. Influenced by Matisse, he has often taken up the “head” as an object.”

店員の説明「村松さんは、家の中の道具や器、植物など身近なものをモチーフにドローイングやペインティングなどによる作品を制作されています。マチスの影響もうけて「頭」もよく取り上げておられます。」
