“The Pink Elephant”, the unofficial mascot of NISHIOGI hanging from the ceiling, is going to be taken down at around 1pm on Sunday, September 15th and placed on a float. The children will then pull it around the town of NISHIOGI.
The organizer said,” To prevent heatstroke, this time we will disband the parade at NISHIOGI Minami Children’s Park along Shinmei Street, where we will hand out souvenirs to ticket holders. Please listen carefully to security guards’ instructions and enjoy the parade without getting hurt.”

西荻の非公式マスコットの「ピンクの象」が9月15日（日）、13時ごろ降ろされ、山車に乗せられます。そして、これを子どもたちが引っ張り西荻の街を巡ります。
主催者の言「熱中症を避けるため、今回は神明通り沿いの西荻南児童公園で、チケットの持ち主にお土産を渡してパレードを解散します。警備係の人の注意をよく聞いて、ケガのないよう楽しんでいただきたいと思います。」
