Wouldn’t you like to enjoy the “shining” up close?
The June 2024 handmade market held in Iogi hall on Sunday the 23rd with the participation of 44 stores.
Take this “shining stone”, for example. This is a vertically sliced “agate” rough stone with quartz inside. It can be used as a decoration or as a coaster. The exhibitor commented,” It would be great if you admire it while having a drink.”
On the other hand, this pair of small rectangular pieces is earrings with beads. The circular piece is an “obidome” or a sash clip embroidered with threads.

「光る」を身近で愛でられませんか？
2024年6月23日（日、44店の参加を得て井荻會舘で開催された「西荻手しごと市」。
例えばこの「光る石」。これは、「メノウ（瑪瑙）」の原石をタテにスライスしたもので、中は「クオーツ（水晶）」です。飾るもよし、コースターとして利用するもよし、です。作家の言「お酒をお飲みになりながら愛でていただければ最高です」。
一方、この小さな長方形のペアの作品は、ビーズをはめ込んだイヤリング。円形の作品は糸で刺繍した「帯留め」です。
