“The 45th NISHIOGI Furusato Bon Odori” was held on the Saturday evening of August 24th (16:00-19:30) in the schoolyard of “Takaido Daishi Elementary School” in NISHIOGI.
The event time was significantly longer than last year. The Japanese drum performance was followed by children’s Bon Odori to a few songs such as “Doraemon Ondo”, as well as a “Waodori” or a circle dance by parents and children to many local songs such as “Soma Bon Uta” performed by a band, which was met with enthusiastic applause.
西荻ふるさと盆踊り2024
小学生の子ども達が訓練を積んだ「和太鼓」の演奏も披露されました。
「第45回西荻ふるさと盆踊り」が8月24日（土）夕刻（16:00-19:30）、西荻の「高井戸第四小学校」の校庭で開催されました。
昨年より大幅にイベント時間が増え、子供たちの和太鼓演奏に続く「ドラえもん音頭」などに合わせた盆踊り、さらにはバンドの演奏する「相馬盆唄」など多くの故郷の曲に合わせた親子連れの「輪踊り」に、盛んに拍手が送られていました。
