The annual event called Shouyuukai Irumi Matsuri or literally Shouyuukai illumination festival (2023.12.1-2024.1.31) is on now. The event was organized by a store association in the northern NISHIOGI with the support of Suginami Ward.

Fifty-seven storefronts and street lamps are illuminated by miniature bulbs after dusk. You can walk around looking at flashing lights or go shopping.

西荻北銀座商友会主催・杉並区後援の年中行事「商友会イルミ祭り」（2023.12.1～2024.1.31）が開催中です。

57店の加盟店の店先や街灯が夕暮れ時からライトアップ。点滅するライトを見ながら散策するもよし、ショッピングするもよし、です。
