TASTE OF SPRING IN NISHIOGI

It’s been quite warm these past few days, so one of the ingredients that represent the taste of spring seems to be growing rapidly.

Bamboo shoots found in the bamboo grove at Kansenji Temple in the northeastern part of NISHIOGI. This size may be the upper limit for eating.
