CALM BIRD

The bird remained motionless for a while, perhaps taking a break after a satisfying meal.

One early afternoon, “Kijibato” or Oriental turtle dove found, perching on a tree in the garden of a private home in NISHIOGI.

It has red around the eyes and prominent blue-gray and navy-blue stripes along the sides of its neck.

目の周りが赤く、頸の横の青灰色と紺色の縞模様が目立ちます。
