It would be a good idea to eat these noodles and then take part in our guided tour around NISHIOGI.

A highly recommended lunch menu called “Yakiniku nose mazemen” or literally mixed noodles with grilled meat on top” served in the Vietnamese restaurant near the north exit of NISHIOGIKUBO Station.

This food has thin round noodles called “bun”, fresh vegetables such as cilantro and peanut-flavored grilled pork meat on top. It’s extremely delicious when eaten with the sweet-and-sour sauce.
