There is a wide selection of ingredients to choose from, allowing you to enjoy various flavors.
A Japanese food restaurant called “Yuge” that serves only weekly set menus located south of JR NISHIOGIKUBO Station along the Kyu-fudo Street.
The weekly lunch menu on the day of visit was the “Omusubi or Rice Ball Set.” The ingredients and miso soup were selectable. Basically, two items should have been chosen from five options, such as pickled plum, salmon and cod roe. If you wished, you had been able to add one to three more items.
The weekly set menu is decided by the owner, taking account of input from two young female staff members.
The owner said,” We use fresh, local, seasonal ingredients.”
週替わり定食の和食店
具材の選択肢が豊富でいろいろな味わいを楽しめます。
JR西荻窪駅の南、旧府道沿いにある週替わり定食のみの和食店「湯気（ゆげ）」。
訪れた日の昼食の週替わりメニューは「おむすび定食」でした。具材とみそ汁は選択制で、具材では基本は梅干、鮭、明太子など5品から2品の選択。希望すれば、さらに1～3品追加が可能でした。
毎週のメニューは、若い女性店員2名の意見を踏まえて店主が決定するとのことです。
