HUMOROUS JAPANESE RESTAURANT

The motto is “A little drink, a lot of food, and Japanese set meal.”

A Japanese food restaurant called “Chikuwa” located just a little south of the south exit of JR NISHIOGIKUBO Station.

The restaurant is proud of diverse and heavy dishes, which also uses ingredients of provincial areas such as those from Yamagata Prefecture.

Take this lunch’s “Yakizakana Teishoku (grilled mackerel with salt)”, for example. The small side dish related to the name of the restaurant, “Chikuwa no Isobeage” or deep-fried Chikuwa with seaweed, also has a delicious taste.

ユーモラスな和食店

「ちょい呑み、くいもん、わ定食」がモットーです。

JR西荻窪駅南口からほんの少し南下したところにある和食店の「ちくわ」。

山形県産など地方産出の食材をも用いたボリューム満点の多様な料理がご自慢です。

例えばこの昼食の「焼魚定食（さばの塩焼き）」。店名に因む小鉢の「ちくわの磯辺揚げ」も乙な味です。
